Conference Room Schedule and Reservation Calendar.
Conference room for use by building tenants.
The calendar below shows times reserved for the building conference room. You can click and drag a time in the “Day” view (default tab).
When adding a reservation, please indicate the correct time period and which company or group will be using the conference room during that time. Make sure to include your name or your company in the "Event Name" field. Events which have no company listed or are simply “New Event” are subject to deletion. Please be sure not to overlap events. We recommend you set start or end times 15 minutes away from the start or end of another event
Please consider other users when booking times. The room is intended for use by all building occupants and should not be monopolized by a single tenant. Please keep events to less than 2 consecutive hours when possible.
